Counting Down...

Well, the last few days are ticking down. It is definitely a bitter sweet thing. There have been many, many good times with the clinic. We've had some great patients and we have some great memories. Of course, the insurance companies have been putting a squeeze on all the physical therapy clinics. So, things have been getting less and less pleasant on the billing and receiving side. We've made a living, but things took a turn for the worse this year when Medicare cut off the amount of visits that they allowed for physical therapy. Since that is the bulk of our practice, it really impacted our load. That's in the past though. Our lease is ending at the end of this month. Next Thursday we'll see our last patients. Thursday, Friday and Saturday we'll be moving out our stuff. If all goes well, it will just be a matter of wrapping up our bills and taxes from then on. As you can see, Hunter is excited... I'm looking forward to a little time off. Moves like this can definitely be stressful, even though they are necessary. Talli can surely use a break. She's the therapist after all, so she has felt this all even more acutely than me. Countdown: Days of patients: 8 Days Left: 10
